    At the occasion of the 21st Conference of the Contracting Parties to the Barcelona Convention and its Protocols (COP21) from 2 to 5 December 2019, we are welcoming decision-makers, experts, civil society, NGOs, youth and private sector representatives in Naples, Italy, to debate and take action for a healthy Mediterranean Sea and Coast.
