TheThird Meeting on the development of the Adriatic Sub regional Oil Spill Contingency Plan will gather representatives from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Italy, Montenegro and Slovenia to complete the development of the Adriatic Sub Regional Oil Spill Contingency Plan (SCP)
Rome, Italy, 24 -26th October 2023
The objectives of the Meeting are:
.1 to examine and agree on the final draft SCP, Draft Annexes and Draft Sub-regional Agreement on the SCP and the the programme of activties to implement the SCP at the short, mid and long term;
.2 to agree upon the timetable for the completion of these documents by November 2023;
.3 to discuss the procedures for the signature, and approval and/or ratification of the Agreement, and;
.4 to agree upon the Depositary of the Agreement
